controller vs keyboard?
Which is better to use in your opinion for this game?

Both will work okay, but I prefer using a controller since the keyboard controls can be clunky (for example, you can't bind your movement and menu navigation to the same keys for some reason)

i use a controller. it's easier in my opinion

Controller... usually if a game was originally designed for controller and there are no aiming mechanics that would translate better to kbm, controller is usually the way to go.
I tried the kbm controls when my controller needed a pc reboot and everything seemed like it would work alright after some adjustments and familiarizing with controls... just not sure why anyone would want to play a turn based rpg without a controller unless they absolutely had to.

I've used both. They've both pretty decent.

Controller is better hands down, tho the mouse and keyboard are not bad either, so it's really your choice and if you can afford a controller or not.

I like keyboard and mice, but I use a razor tartarus instead of keyboard. I just like looking around with a mouse better. quicker. But this is a personal preference. controller maybe more relaxing if you want to sit back in a recliner. everyone is going to have their own preference. try both and see which you like.

Controller.
If I were playing a competitive FPS I'd do K/B and mouse, but this is a single player JRPG, I don't need lightning fast pixel perfect precision and a controller does just fine.
With a controller I can sit back, recline, lay down, ect, K/B and mouse I'm more limited to where and how I can sit/play

This game was built for a controller and it controls better with a controller.

You don't need the finesse that a K+B can give in this game at all, controller is the way to go for sure.

I use a control. In a game where theres 3 person free running and it isnt a shooter of any sort, I prefer to roll my chair back and bit and use a controller.

The UI is a piece of ♥♥♥♥ if you’re not using controller since it doesn’t show the proper prompts for actual keys you’d need to hit - making learning the controls when starting out a bit of trial and error.

I never play with controller, though, and it’s easier to play than Dark Souls

Definetely a Controller. I'm playing usually with KB and Mouse but some games like this can be fully enjoyed with a Controller only. So i've bouhgt one fot 60 bucks and I don't regret it.
