Change subtitles

Can some one tell me where i can change subtitles in the game dont find the option for it

I don't know either, got spanish subtitles on mine....

Hopefully a patch hashes these issues out, for now you might try searching the user settings ini for anything related to language or subs and switch it there. Not at my pc to confirm its in there though

C:\Users\XXX\Documents\My Games\DRAGON QUEST XI\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\engine.ini

ADD:
[Internationalization]
Culture=en

Now you have english subtitles.

how exactly does it look when you add that what you posted? just once or several times? in another thread they said you have to put it everywhere

well i tried it yesterday - the text was english but the game didnt load the savefile anymore it was all just black and "loading" never finishes

For me it worked exactly as I wrote, but my savefile was just 5 minutes after the start, when I changed it
