How to change the language?

I want to change it to english because the translation in my native tongue is awful but the properties menu doesn't work

Same issue here. Seems like the game takes the language from the Windows installation instead of the Steam config. Doesn't seem like there is a config tool or ini file in the game folder either.

There is no japanese voice, even in the japanese version. I'm talking about changing the text language.

there is none. Game wasn't developed at all with japanese voice work.

Changing via right click properties allows to change to every available language, except english... English seems to be overwritten by windows install language. There's an ini file for user settings in "My Games" but sadly no language option
