Is there a perma-block for allure/beguilement?

Because fighting that second boss inside the mural is complete ass otherwise.
I shouldn't be underleveled (most characters close to level 60) and I've tried bounce/reflect which,,,sort of works.

Make sure you have Snap, Crackle, Poof on Serena. Use her and Sylvando. Keep Snap, Crackle, Poof up on Sylvando and have him use Sobering Slap on anyone that gets charmed.

ok so...I've noticed that this boss is basically a heal-tank, and his mooks are annoying.
I've noticed that reflect works good too, pretty much the only thing stopping me from beating him is his endless stream of mooks.

Screw this boss until I'm level 80 and can curbstomp him before he can get his summoning bulcrap off...it's bad enough that he has hustle dance, but everything he summons is nothing but a stalling maneuver...

I just brought Erik with dual boomerangs, and Veronica for the aoe damage. Mixed with quadraslash, his mobs didn't get a turn in really.

Even if he's not 'that hard' ? I still wanna punch the person that came up with this boss.
This isn't 'fun' difficulty, it's a war of attrition, like, literally the only way to beat him is to out damage his heals.
