Any tips for beating Jasper Unbond?

I've got everyon in the low 60s and he's still wiping the floor with them.
Anyone have any tips?

Was playing on hard mode yesterday beated him on second try.You need 2 fulltime healers and
keep buffing your characters this way he will waste a turn debuffing them.Make sure you have spell echo for your female healer.Helps a lot in preserving mana.Found him way harder then last boss.

It was a bit frustrating for me, too. I finally overcame him with a party level of 51-54. Even then, it was somewhat hairy as he took out my hero on his very first turn... which led me to sigh for the umpteenth time facing him. So I took him on with Jade, Hendrik, Serena, and Rab for most of the fight. I ensured Serena and Rab topped up heealing with a few lucky healing echos from Serena. It was also fortunate I got a few free rounds when Jasper removed my party's buffs and tried to do the flying drop kick on Hendrik (who was able to block with his shield) in one turn that results in no damage from Jasper. Then throw in some saps and oomphles, and both Jade and Hendrik were working some heavy damage. It came close, as it came down to everyone but Serena and Hendrik eating dirt. I was a turn or two from wiping.

serena and rabs multi heal is pretty important
snooze the balhbib he summons.
hit him with gigslash and jades multi thrust.

buffs are important

magic barrier
kabuff
breath protection
in that order

having serenas dual cast passive is very helpful.

sylvandos hustle dance is a good back up if a healer happens to go down towards end of fight and you need abit more healing to finish strong.

i'm farming summoners + king slimes in this dungeon to pass him in draconian. he destroyed me at lvl 51 but i'm almost lvl 58 due to some lucky metal slimes pops. Will retry this evening thanks for the advices.

What all spawn Metal King Slimes? I know the Great Keepers do, but i've not seen them with anything else.

What all spawn Metal King Slimes? I know the Great Keepers do, but i've not seen them with anything else.

regular green king slimes in the final dungeon sometimes pop with metal version (only 4 seen in some hours) . but i farm regular xp green metal king + 3 summoners (5k xp a group) , when hero jade or sylvando are in fury/pep stat i put them in bench group with tactics > change formation. when they are all pepped i put them all my group, and next fight use electrolight team skill to make metal slimes and king appear for 150k+ xp if i can kill them all with jade "lightning thrust" or erik "critical strike" with agility accessories equipped.

i just got lvl 52 to 61 in 3 hours. it isn't the fastest method but did the trick

I agree. I finished the game, but seeing how this topic is at the front page, it would suck tremendously for new players trying to look for tips or some such thing and have to read this title by accident.

i did it, beat Jasper and Mortegor in draconian lvl 61 (these anti elemental armors were handy...) . Got a end screen finished on draconian mode. Going to postgame now ! :)

That snooze tip have killed me more than it has helped sadly. It never works on him. Dunno if Draconian mode is making it harder. I've heard it has to do with might, I'll try and see if i can increase it and see if it works better.
