Hide and Seek
Is it possible to find Cammo the hide-and-seek king in Downtown Heliodor at the start of the game? The NPCs seem to suggest he's hidden somewhere but I haven't been able to find him.

He's in the area that is blocked off by a woman before doing the main quest in the tower.

Where? I just find a guy in a helmet at the very end and he's too big and brwany to pass for a kid... and he's not even hiding

omg i just spent like 20 minutes trying to find him before googling and finding this. smh. why put a kid saying "he went this way" up on the first ladder when he actually went past the blocked-off ladder!

that said, i still can't find him, like the guy above said, there's just a guy in a helmet past there, nothing else

He was at the end of the (previously blocked off) area in the north, past that man I believe. Don't have a save at that part of the game anymore, so cannot check.

I've found him, but it's not showing as a quest for me, just gives me some info. Google says he rewards you with x10 mini medals?

It wasn't a quest, not in the beginning of the game at least.

SPOILERS BELOW...but since you asked, you probably want to know...............................................................

You have to do the watch tower surveillance on the guard and spot Ruby entering the area before any of this is relevant.

He's in the back of the wagon down by the tent inn where you first enter the area.

After you find him, talk to Ruby at her Inn and she will forge a love letter. This is optional if you don't want to borrow the little girl's dog Bullseye, to get by the guard.
