Make sure Erik has the dual wield passive that reduces penalty to 0 for dual wielding and all sword damage bonus panels.
Hero/Sylvando/Erik/Serena
Sylvando casts oomphle on Erik 1st turn.
Erik divides first turn > attacks next turn (12 hits with good chance to crit)
Serena Heals
Hero uses strongest single target attack you have on boss.
Then sylvando oomphles hero or backup heals serena with hustle dance.
My bad... You have super serena at that point in the story.
Same plan, Serena should sap if you can get away without a heal or if sylvando can heal for you for a turn.
Use Jade instead of Erik then with multikick/multithrust, (though multikick offers better crit chance)
