Quests for unlocking skill trees?

Is there a guide to do these? The first one I've found is rab (the reward is a huge boost to his prowess) but it sounds like they're hidden or something? I'm at post game past the hero's trials

I think so. The one from Heavens above powers the LUminary's powers, for instance.

Post game there’s a quest in port valor that will expand both sylvandos and eight characters skill panel. Speak to Sylvs father. I don’t believe it comes up in the quest list.

Can you tell me the location of the quests that expand all the characters skill pannels?
Just the location and how to trigger the quests is fine.

Pueto Valor: Talk to Don Rodrigo. Unlocks new skill tree for Sylvando and Eight. Note that this one is not listed as a side quest.

This is the only 'quest' that unlocks additional skill panels in Act 3. All the others get their extra skill panels upon completing the relevant story quest in Act 2 and regain them relatively early in Act 3. Veronica also gets her extra skill panels here; why she doesn't get them in Act 2 involves a spoiler.

I like how you'll spoil the fact you get Veronica back, but not that Hendrick is the last party member, especially since that happens waaaaay sooner than you get Veronica again.
