How do you make the supreme sword of light
It says I need the sword of light but I only have the super sword of light and don't have the recipe to make the sword of light

You need to retrace your steps you took to make the sword of light in Act 2.
That is to say, go to the Battlefield and grab the Rarified Oralchium, head to Gallopolis and win the Forging Hammer in a horse race, then head to Hotto and help MIko with Ryu, which will get you access to the Crucible, where you can make the Sword of Light from Act 2.

Thank you I couldn't figure out that I was missing the horse race :D
