Just finish the 1st route...
Ahhhhh! What a great story! :Silver_Morikawa: Still, there is a lot of mystery yet to be revealed and solved...

Welp, I'm really new to this VN thing. After I load my clear save file, How do I split the route into others? :Silver_Naka:

New choices will show up as you clear the routes, and those will let you branch off.

Just use a guide, don't waste your life trying to unlock blindly all the choices on a visual novel. Also now that you finished the Sky route get ready to hold that CTRL button because there is a ton of repeat dialogs.

I try save scum once or two in the first route. Like when you first met with Major Shizel or my boy Masa. Feel like most of the choices in the first route are doesn’t matter…

Saving before choices is good, yeah. IIRC, you'll unlock the ability to rewind later on.

Some choices lead to new scenes, but its not just choices that can. You can also get new scenes sometimes depending on how fast or good you complete some of the battles.

At some point a flow-chart should unlock that shows route and scene branching.

Dont expect much, as the story is pretty linear once you are in a route. Its more like optional scenes every now and then. That said there's a lot of different story content between each route so for this game its not really required imo. :ys_dana:

That sounds good to me, tho! I'm kinda afraid of the VN game format because people always mention how they need to make multiple saves and try to select a combination of choices in order to progress though the story.

So far only VN game I ever played or read are Galaxy Dragon (Not that good but I brought it because of the Opening animation)

The Silver Case 1-2 and F.R.S by SUDA51... Which is more like a point and click game tho xD

Oh yeah, usually that can be difficult. For me VNs like that became the reason I compulsively save a lot.

For this game route selection choice is simple (new one only appear after completing previous route) and for the rest other requirements (for ending) is based on like how fast you complete certain battles.

In case of the Rain route its that series of battles when she is captured and you have to rescue her. Based on how fast its completed (and how many portions of the scene you see) you get bad, normal or good ending.

If you end up feeling the need for a guide, this one has minimal spoilers: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1962394636

It's what I used, and it did make things less stressful. But the game will eventually show you what you need to do, anyway, at least if you aren't worried about getting everything perfect the first time.

I just looked this up after xHans recommended that I check the guide here. I was surprised to find out that you can unlock a weapon in Rain's route, Chapter 10. I believe I completed every fight in around 1:40 mins, yet I still didn't unlock it.

I guess I'll try again after I get the scenario jump. :case_one:

That's a quality guide. Indeed, shows requirements while giving basically no spoilers.

Btw, skimming through it one thing I notice the guide doesnt say is that in order to be able to get the True end, (it takes places after you complete all routes) you also need to have finished all other routes with their Good end, and it has to be on a single save. A continous NG+ save.

Its OK to also get normal endings, but atleast all the Good ones need to have been completed on that save. I think bad endings dont give a NG+ clear save, not 100% on that tho.

True ending in this game isnt really a big deal (since last route is already a true route in a way so it doesnt add much) but it adds a nice full wrap-up to the story so it is worth experiencing those few scenes.

That's about all I can say without spoilers. :ys_dana:
