Anyone having troubles downloading this damn game?

I've been getting Disk Write Errors trying to download this game and I can't seem to get passed it. I've tried methods that people have suggested online, turned off my AV, did a Library Repair, deleted the download cache, reinstalled Steam, even went as far as doing some adjustments in Windows CMD to make sure nothing weird is preventing Steam from putting files in my computer.

I'll also point out that it's literally JUST this game and it always give me a disk write error at a very specific file that it tries to download via pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor.pak. Tried deleting it, tried moving it to another backup location, tried everything with it. Doesn't make the damn thing finish downloading.

Try to change the download servers. Go to Setings > Download.

If you suspect your hard drive or Windows is broken, run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f in CMD.

I've done the server changing, it's one the first things I've done. I've also done all of the command prompt stuffs, including the sfc /scannow and so on and so forth. It's particually just this game that's giving me problems. I have no issues downloading anything else.

I also had errors when installing Shantae and the Seven Sirens and Hardcore Mecha. Due to the games being unrelated, this is DEFINITELY a Steam issue. It's possible to bypass the error by clicking the button to retry the download, but this is still a stupid issue.
