I had found the KEY in the OFFICE first, and then read those two notes in the Meeting Room& Barracks.
After reading the note, the current objective was update to finding the key in the office.
Unfortunately, the quest STUCKs here, because I can't find the key which is actually in my bag...BTW, the system doesn't recognize its exist, either.

Is there anyone meet the same issue?
My last save profile be like 3 days ago....I'm too sad to face the reality that I need to play again...

There are two different keys actually, run circles over the place or follow the easy guide above to do it.
