I have just unlocked fishing

And I am loving it hahahaha, thanks to the music too, just got in a fight with something that must be a rare fish and had 2 life bars, boss music starts, im just giggling to myself, here I am battling fish bosses as best girl Kisara.

Guess I need to go around fishing more to get a better rod and come back for revenge.

You get your first rod upgrade when catching 10 fishes. I like fishing too, is similar to Kiseki. Tension bar and fish bosses.

Thank you, I got my new rod and was able to beat it, the boss was called コガネナマズ, seems to be golden catfish.

Golden Catfish down! And got a new skill panel with some story for Kisara, nice.

Wut. I'm surprised you managed to get it that early. I tried so many times trying to get it to spawn before I was able to get the lure for it later in the game.

Unironically got all of the boss fish before getting the lures. 😴

Ooh I see, yeah It took a bit, the first time I got him was purely chance I had the first lure and first rod and it was a fish with a big shape in the bar. When I came back with the 3rd lure and second rod I was never finding it, so I changed to the first lure and kept trying for a fish with the big shape, it didnt take too long after changing the lure.

But then again it could be I just got lucky twice.

Yea i believe its just RNG if you don't have the specific lure cuz I managed to get a boss fish in another area using the early fishing stuff. Just thats the only fish that I can never get to spawn.

I have somehow managed to go through the entire first portion of the game (defeated all 4 lords) and I'm still using the first fishing rod lol. Hasn't slowed me down much, but I should really go talk to that fisherman guy again seeing how I've caught so many fish since I got Kisara lol.

Same here. I'm fiending for that second rod since I can barely catch anything in the later fishing areas. I'm at nine total caught fish and I need one more for that second rod lol.
