Worth playing NG+?
hello,

one question,
there are new things to discover in NG +
extra new quest or new bosses or better armor or height lvlcap ?

or is not worth playing again because everything is the same again without new content ?

Its the same gameplay with same enemies even at the same level, its not any harder than first time, actually its easier given you keep your progress, saddly enemy levels dont scale.

There is nothing new in NG+.

ok then i won't lose my time again. and also think it's a shame such a cool game with very little content

thank you for info :))

I'd rather keep playing Sword Art Online has more content and cool bosses 👍

Only reason I suppose would be if you first played on Story or Normal mode and wanted to try a run on a harder difficulty (you don't have to take clvls or "everything" with you to NG+ if you don't want at least).

If you're just interested in story and new bosses/quests etc, nothing like that as said. Until they put out more content DLC, if they ever do.

Not unless you want to grind Devil Arms up speedrunning the story on a higher difficulty. Exact same *everything* but another flash playthrough will boost some DA higher so you can hit other difficulties and eventually survive some high grade ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ :-P

I am mildy annoyed that "carry over herbs used" is combined with "carry over levels" as the one tickbox.
I dont really want to play at level 100 from the start but on NG+ from past tales games im used to carrying over herbs consumed. Playing through the story and oneshotting nearly everything you come across for 20+ hours?
ew.

This is exactly why I don't feel like doing NG+. Was it really that hard making 2 different artifacts (one for levels, other for herbs)?...

I was curious about herb usage carrying over or not. I am doing NG+ because I want to stomp a few early game bosses and maybe just practice the battles a bit more (I find them fun). I'm carrying over most things except levels and using the appropriate level weapons and armor (end game accessories though).

I wouldn't have wanted herbs to carry over anyways because that would be a part of why the characters feel OP. That being said, because I'm carrying over skills the boosts/buffs from the entire skill panel makes a considerable difference in the early game in terms of counter edges, boost attacks, boost gauge refill rates etc. The game is still fairly trivial even on harder difficulty, but that's fine with me. I'm not looking for a grueling run through.

I picked up Tales of Destiny Directors Cut English patch and I'm loving it.

Aside from the cameo battles there's nothing else.

I'm curious if we need to collect all owls again if we want to carry over stuff in ng+2 and so on.... Does anybody know this ?
