What does new game+ give in terms of content?
Title.

Just beat the game and as much as I enjoyed the story, I don't think I can really play through the entire thing again even with carry over benefits.

I saw that NG+ added new quests for new adventures though. What exactly did it add?

There are absolutely no benefits for starting a New Game+, unfortunately. Unlike the previous Tales, this one does not scale the enemies to your level, nor does your level increase past level 100. And if you happen to be maxed out on level and equipment and everything else, well... you are going to be bored even on highest difficulty since there is absolutely no gain from fighting anymore. Most players probably have the best accessories and materials by now, so drops are just as useless. As I mentioned in my review about it, I really enjoyed the story, but I do not think I will be going through the whole thing again when there is nothing to gain from it. But maybe someone who is a die-hard fan of the Tales series or this particular title will. I am not judging.

I started a new game+ recently, but I havent played the game in over a year and I started it without the gear, items, skills, titles, and levels so its more like a new game with Chaos difficulty available (which is what im playing it on). If you've just finished the game then there honestly isn't much in the way of new content. Im just playing through again because its been long enough where I can enjoy the game from the beginning again.

Thank you for all the comments. Again, as fun as the game's characters were, I can't really sit through the combat long enough for another play through even with carry over personally.

I want to make something clear that may have been missed; you said something about the gaming telling you there are "more adventures"; this is not for NG+, this is if you load your existing clear data file, right before the final boss--there are two additional quests you can do. One is a series of short dungeons and lots of fights, the other is a boss gauntlet with a...cathartic end, let's say.

If you already did that and I misunderstood, I apologize.

I know about the end game dungeons that are like level 60 - 70 (the tower and the dungeon that feels like it's just one big battle), but I didn't do those. I didn't enjoy the combat enough to grind to those levels to attempt them.

You don't have to grind; the game throws you so much experience that you level like crazy. The two cameo characters are nice to see if your a Tales fan.
