All 3 games have very good reviews a big fan base you are really asking a difficult question here espically since they are also all so different
Tales Of Arise has great characters but not so great story that starts basic and ok but gets turned into a bit of a mess. Combat is nothing special but is still good. Does have new game + and many difficultly options.
If you love Final Fantasy and have played the orginal FF7 (or anything from the ff7 universe) then I'd say FF7 remake based of that alone. Though be warned FF7 is in 3 parts + you have the og + a film and like 4 other games so hard to get the whole story. Tales of Arise is one game so easier to understand. It is also more linear Tales of Arise is also Linear but FF7 feels more on tracks if you know what I mean. Combat again is good and has a few options to make it more accessible for your tastes. Game may trigger you if you have played the 1997 one though
Never played any Neir game so cant say much for that
FF7 -remake- Good storyline ,Briliiant combat, high PC requirements ( it is heavy on processor ) to run smoothly , and it costs more than Elden RIng even after discount ,
Tales of arise - Descent story line (some quests are fine and funny while others just plain boring) , brilliant combat , Works good on medium range PC , On discount it is almost one third the price of FF7 Remake (Discounted) on steam.
Neir Relpicant- To be honest neir series stroyline feels like good and bad at the same time to me , i don't find and salvation in the story it just feels sad , works good in mediunm range PC , i enjoyed automata more than this one .
In conclusion if you already have an high end PC and Money is not much of your concern , i would go for ff7 remake else Tales of arise all the way ( most flashy combat )
But I give a ♥♥♥♥ cause the menus of monster hunter and the souls series are worst and those games are my favourites.
But overall the game gets much better after the second big boss. Putting it on unknown difficulty really makes you consider your choices and makes the game feel more fleshed out and realistic. For example, if you take a gigantic axe to the face, you are probably going to die. That and it makes you bond more with the characters via the campfire scenes, because you will need to rest often on this difficulty.
This being said, I think the combat and highly-involved and dramatic battle system is the selling point of this game. The story is just along for the ride.
