First, they would have to port it from 360 or PS3 to bring it over.
Second, Bandai doesn't think it's worth the cost of that and marketing, and they're right. Porting and marketing for a game that at best was moderately successful that most don't know about today is a questionable decision.
Third, if it somehow is successful, could they call upon the original makers to deliver a sequel? Probably not. ES was a labor of love and product of its time that only <50 people made, that according to them themselves, was only possible because of Baten Kaitos. They're a small company and with today's unreasonably high standards, would take a team of at least four times the size.
If one wants to support ES, the best thing one can do is buy it on Xbox marketplace. If there is suddenly thousands of purchases on there, maybe Bandai will take notice. That's highly unlikely, if not impossible, though.
