I'm sure some people said the same about Games for Windows Live...
The constant fear about Denuvo being spread about the internet is unfortunately very improperly founded. They are afraid they'll suddenly lose access to their games if Denuvo somehow shuts down one day. The thing is, this service simply isn't going to leave.

And regardless of anything else, it's DRM. In general, no DRM > DRM (and yes of course Steam is also a DRM, but it's about as benign of one as it gets).
Namco Bandai seems to use a boilerplate EULA. I've checked some of their games with similar EULAs and nothing really seemed out of sorts.
