Incineration Wave still grayed out...

I'm halfway through the game and usually Alphen will have a Flaming Edge Arte when holding down the selected skill. I've unlocked most of them:
- Rending Flash
- Infernal Torrent
- Explosive Ring
- Rising Phoenix
- Searing Gale
All except Incineration Wave, is something bugged or am I missing something important?

same. my flame strike arte proficiency is at 1590 so I'm guessing it's behind a side quest or maybe the training arena or something. Would be nice to know for sure though.

Its probably still gated at a higher flame strike proficiency

I found it its gated behind a story attached title to Alphen just keep going until you need to defeat the fire astral lord 1 more time

you need to get the title call unrelenting blaze to get that skill if i am not wrong either before or after 5th or 4th lord i think or side quest

This, you basically need to advance the story a lot more
