I've an Issue the Camera at start

So just bought the game, got it installed, first scene play and now my issue when It gets to the playing part the camera spazzes all over him and I can't move or play. If I hit a bumper or hit R3 it goes to his back a bit then spazzes out all over again. Its not my controller acting up or my keyboard. I can go into menus just fine. I want to play full screen but its saying its the 4.1k rather than the 3.8 standard that my tv is actually running. it wont let me change the resolution unless I go to window but even then when I put it at 2180x3800 it stays in a shrunk window I can't make go to my full size. Any ideas?

I've got the same issue its because the stupid mouse stays active while using a controller and wherever the cursor is (even tho its not visible) on your screen it effects the camera

im trying to find a way to disable mouse while using a controller but so far nothings come up

:edit: I imported the namco settings in the steam controller options, and the mouse is still causing the camera and angle to go crazy while walking around/in battle

Even tried to unplug the mouse while playing tales with controller and its still effecting it... they need to patch this because its preventing me from playing

start>unpause triggers it, start>unpause fixes it until the next time for me.

Nope camera still ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Guess this will be another game I'll have in my steam library to just sit until they pull their head out of their asses. I literally was playing Mecha Knights made by 1 PERSON and it had better camera controls than these "companies." It's a trend for these people to worry more about money than the game.

Same issue for me with the sole option of 4096 x 2160, except it's actually a supported resolution for this TV :/ I cant change resolution no matter the window mode, and my desktop is always set to 1920 x 1080 120hz...

Any way, for the mouse cursor issue... I set the game to borderless, then exited the game entirely, and restarted it.... I made sure not to touch the mouse at all, and that the first input the game received was from the controller.... Havent had an issue with the cursor being stuck on screen since then, even if I move the mouse.

if your camera goes wonky and youre unable to move it and keep it where you want it the trigger is (dumb as it sounds) going to the games main menu or menu in battle

to fix it go in/out of the menu till it stops

Hello everyone, this is the solution ive found without disconnect the mouse or any other device.

Menu> System> config

Graphic settings> screen mode > dont pick Full screen, pick without Edges instead.
I hope it works for you.
