EDIT: SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS NOT MET
My game has a fatal error on launching it and it crashes. So I did some digging around and found that it says my AMD RADEON (TM) R7 M340 does not meet minimum requirements. Is this an easy fix or is it something more than a download/update? Would I have to buy something? If so, I am going to request a refund and get on xbox if I cannot play on my computer.

Go to Tales of Arise, right click and hit properties, go to local files and check integrity of game files to see if any files are corrupted, missing, or not working property, Hope this helps and it if doesn't not sure what else you do except maybe you can try to install and then reinstall.

Ok I will try. Thanks so much. Installing this game was hell for me, so hopefully I don't have to do it all again.

If you go in your library and right click the game, select Properties. Then select "Local Files". It'll tell you what drive it is installed on. But if you aren't tech savy, I'd assume you haven't added additional Steam Library folders, which means it is likely in Steam's main directory, which is inside Program Files which will default to your Windows drive (C: drive for most users).

As for the issue, ensure your drivers and Windows doesn't have any missing critical updates. Was there any additional information on the crash screen? The game is UE4 and the UE Crash screen typically has a lot of information, just hidden by like a "Show Details" button. That info would make it much easier to try and narrow down.

Ok so yes it is on my C Drive, but it literally just says "Fatal Error: Game has crashed and will close." I guess I can google my way on how to update my drivers or windows lol

Updating drivers should just be a matter of going to your GPU Manufacturer's web page and downloading the newest driver.
Nvidia = Geforce.com
AMD = amd.com
Intel = Intel.com (with intel you MAY want to try their beta drivers as they've had better compatibility with games)

Any of those just find the Supprot and/or Download sections and it should just be a matter of filling in whatever form they have to find the latest driver for your GPU.

I was able to find that I have: AMD Radeon Software Version 17.1.1 and an AMD app that gives me an option to launch my Steam games out of that. I guess I will check if I need updates, thanks again for the help! New to all of this lol usually just download a game on steam and play it.

So it says my AMD RADEON (TM) R7 M340 does not meet minimum requirements. I should have mentioned I am just on a laptop, so is this something an update can fix or is it something more? SHould I request a refund and just download on my xbox instead of having to order parts for a computer? I am sorry to bother you again
