Any achievement tied to difficulty setting?

Not entirely true. There are achievements for the arena and you need the arena quests for the overall " finish all side quests" achievements.
And arena fights are always on "Normal" difficulty, no matter what overall setting you have.

But yeah, apart from those you can do everything on "Story" difficulty.
And apparently the next update will introduce an even easier difficulty setting. ( and one above Chaos too).

Thanks, wondered cause i wanted to turn on story to unlock chaos difficulty, which apparently won't work...

Chaos is from an artifact you collect during Dohalim Solo Ultimate Challenge (Level 60). I got it while playing the whole game on hard but the artifact is still an artifact so what I played on shouldn’t mean anything honestly.

Edit: also like mentioned arena puts game on normal regardless.

yes you can unlock everything on story i only have 2 left one for fishing and the weapons
