so i got really curious about this thing shionne kept saying all the time that somone is watching us so i just thought its a reference to a owl so i started looking around and then i spotted this weird looking bird or whatever it is on top of the huge rock i wonder if its easter egg or you can actually get there somehow? heres a pic

because i can read a lot of references to bandai namco games and tales of in nutshell

but who is this creature is kinda hard to understand

as i beat the game but where is no way i think to go where like its suppose to be this waste secret location so kinda hard anyway to understand what it is

and can you reach it or not

The "I feel like somebody is watching us" line is just one of the lines Shionne says when someone with a side quest is nearby. It's not tied to that specific area.

She says this when there is a side quest nearby (one that has not been picked up) there is a few on your map in that screenshot. All party members have something unique they say in this regard. Also the thing in the image is the top of Glanymede Castle it's just an ornament.

ok i think its an owl predictable

Location: Given to you by an owl in Iglia Wastes (when the owl side quest's goal has changed to "Discover all of the owls"). Use Dohalim's vine-growing ability to climb to the highest peak in the area, and you'll find the owl perched there.

I have all the owls and that's not it, that's a slightly different area. See my first post, it's Glanymede Castle.

When Shionne says "I feel like somebody is watching us" It also means there is a sub quest near by.
