Taking pictures of the ghost

Something i have become increasingly annoyed with recently (although this was a problem before the update) is that almost every time I try to take a picture of the ghost going through DOTS, it will disappear the MOMENT i take the photo, resulting in a 0 star picture. I swear sometimes it looks like the ghost vanishes the exact frame I take the picture.
I've also been having this problem when the ghost just shows its self normally.
I wouldn't be so annoyed with this problem if every time it happened (which is a lot) didn't ruin my perfect investigation bonus.

something that would be a huge help with this would be to have a sort of "Grace period" after the ghost disappears to still allow a photo to be taken. or to just have the ghost stick around a little longer if you're looking at it.
or something I've seen in another post, the ability to retake photos.

since i posted this I've had 3 contracts in a row ruined by the ghost disappearing last second
