-ghost moving his fav room to the opposite of the house ...
-fingerprint don't sometimes don't appear and stay only 60 sec
that kind of thing.
and yeah when i tried the nighmare difficulty i was thinking exactly the same, why did they not have added a custom difficulty instead of nightmare ?
with it everyone is happy.
My hope is that the standard difficulties are pre-set collections, but you can do a custom difficulty setting to get precisely the experience you want.
If true, I want to add my two cents already, because I think it's a great idea for everyone and don't want to see it limited.
Yeah, if there are too many dials it gets a little complicated, and I can understand wanting to avoid certain situations where players min-max difficulty settings that get them the best rewards for the easiest to deal with settings.
But more options means a wider variety in player types that can find their niche. Our group is perfectly fine starting with the power off and having random doors open and even having the ghost keep killing as long as the hunt is still going, but would prefer not to have things like the hidden evidence or moving ghost rooms, so it's not that we want to either avoid challenge or make a super challenge, we just want to make a challenge we'll enjoy and not be denied credit for it.
+1 for your suggestion, could help the playerbase feel comfortable playing at their own settings.
Some people just aren't very good at games and some people are incredible at games. Some people just want to relax and others want to be tested. Surely everyone wins and no-one loses from being able to set the challenge to their ability and preference?
