more unique ghost models and ghost interactions

the last update was quite great (well except for vr) but i think the game could asap use some more "simpler" content.
easiest one, new ghost models. honestly, most of the current ghost models are not doing it for me. the only ghost that really gives me chills is the "naked" ghost, male 7 or whatever it was called. opinion based, but i really think more models that are similar to that model should be added.

next up, ghost interactions. i talk about the stuff the ghost does. most often they just spawn randomly, do that croaky sound or sing, occasionally come towards you. i want the ghost to do more things. things like stand at the far end of the hallway (menacingly), cause hallucinations or something. imagine you walking down the asylum hallway when you suddenly see something speeding at you. things like these would make the game more interesting, with a little bit less effort.
