Why reset my hard grinded level man?What the actual fck man?
Not once but twice. Once during lockdown (2020) but I was only around lvl 80. The second grind, had to start from Lvl 1 and reached around Lvl 170+. I come back to this game after a decade and found it reset again LMAO.

"Why reset my hard grinded level man?" - Everyone's level has been reset to level 1. Some of us lost thousands of levels, but they announced the level reset a year before the Ascension Update, so almost everyone was prepared for it.

"Not once but twice. Once during lockdown (2020) but I was only around lvl 80. The second grind, had to start from Lvl 1 and reached around Lvl 170+." - One of them must've been a save file issue, they only reset the levels once.

"I come back to this game after a decade and found it reset again LMAO." The game was released in September 2020, not even 4 years has passed.

Nah. I've played a lot in 2020 and remember having my Lvl reset. Maybe they should check their Logs on Player Data.
Got back into the game after a century and find my account got reset to Lvl 1 again

That was likely a de-sync... the only official reset the developers did was last August.

They did find later on that a possible cause was force closing the game... and they should have fixed the issue (although it seems it still comes up from time to time)

The game has only had one official reset which was last August, and we had nearly a year warning prior that that.

Any other save file issues are due to a desynced/corrupted save. The Modmail on their Discord is capable of fixing those.
