What they can do however is turn lights on themselves... and that can overload the breaker and turn it off indirectly.
So the question I must now ask: was this on one of the larger maps? Because I could easily see it hitting a lot of light switches without you realizing it on like Sunny Meadows.
Cause I'll tell you right now that if it was the latter... someone was probably cheating in that game - no ghost can make the breaker completely inoperable like that... usually that's a Custom Setting you choose to start with.
As for the former, could very well be just a freak bug, the Jinn itself turning on too many lights without you realizing it.... could also likewise be cheating as well to mess with you. Too many possibilities... not enough evidence sadly - would need some proof like a picture of the fuse box, or some video
