Easter Event

Hi is anyone else having issues with the current Easter event. I have played it in the past and it be completely fine but this year nothing about it is working. When I use the UV light to try to see the rabbits footsteps they are non existent. And when I get a picture of the rabbit it doesn't register. I have gotten many pictures of the rabbit yet it doesn't complete the event on the map. I would like to know if its bugged or if it's just my game
