Stuck on gurney corner Sunny Meadows Restricted

Me and this other guy walked into a corner that had a gurney on the side and we got stuck. We couldnt move at all or even uncrouch. All we could do was look around and hear our own footsteps even though we physically didnt move. Same thing in the ghostworld, too. I have vieo evidence but sadly my voice didnt record :(
