VR Oculus Quest 2 Audio

I want to play Phasmophobia on my VR but if I use Steam Link I do not have any audio, I have tried fixes like using air link but, my Oculus starts to bug out with air link, I have used VD, it did not work, is anyone else having these problems, if so, do you know how to fix it or is it just a bug that needs to be fixed?

Make sure your computer's playback device is Headphones (Oculus Virtual Audio Device).
