Shade initiated hunt in ghost room

Just had a Shade initiate a hunt inside the living room of Tanglewood while I was testing for Onryo in the same room. It spawned in front of the TV while I was sitting next to the bookcase watching the flames on the coffee table. I guess this bug is still not resolved as noted on the Wiki?

Shades apparently can also blow out flames, and interact with doors inside the ghost room while a player is present. It blows out flames left right and center inside the garage of Tanglewood. No way the Shade roamed outside and reached that far into the garage to do it. The doors of the lockers are far enough from the kitchen to make that impossible, and I always place the candles next to the car in the back. Just tested the range with a 3 m T1 crucifix, which should be exactly the same as the interaction range of the ghost.

Shades can also throw items when you are in the same room. This ghost is fully bugged at the moment. It threw a book in my face in Tanglewood. Tested with a 3 m range Motion Sensor. No way this was initiated outside the room, I was sitting inside on the opposite side of the bed doing the Onryo test.
