Anyone know why my eye adaptation is broken?

Turning the eye adaptation on just makes most of the screen turn red and eerie, and doesn't do anything else. It makes the entire game unplayable, and so I can't use the new feature. I've tried changing different settings to try and find out if it's something else causing it when I turn it on, but nothing so far.

Eye adaptation does not work with computers/laptops running integrated graphics and some low end computers, this was listed in the patch notes so you should keep it off if your computer does not support it.
