Ghost turning on water, but not dirty

During a 3 person Intermediate game in Tanglewood in which I was not host, the ghost was in the kitchen and turned on the water while I was alone in the room with it, but the water was not dirty.

Also noted that wraith was stomping after stepping into several salts at the same time, even though it still wasn't leaving footprints and looking at the wraith cased an instant 20% drop in sanity. This happened both times in farmhouses, grafton and bleasedale while I was in someone elses game, one time on intermediate and one on professional.

Insym was playing with one of the devs on youtube and this happened in the kitchen sink, seems to be the old water as well (new water has a wavy texture). Think they missed a sink when updating but they definitely know about it.
