Blurry/black border?

Hiii i love this game but recently tried to log in and saw that everything was a bit blurry, the brightness was so low even though i put it at the max % in game settings, and there was a black border around my game. I tried changing resolutions, turned on and off vsync, basically tried all in game settings and nothing has worked. If this has happened to anyone else; how do you fix it? Ty pls help me!

I have the same thing whenever I load in/out/change screen. Alt + Enter twice brings it back to full screen and full resolution for me. It's annoying that I have to do it every single time... but at least it works. Hope this helps.
