Ghost stuck in a room or door

I was doing silver apoc trophy, and in attemps to get a picture of ghost (not identified him yet) discovered that the ghost was stuck in a room, got close enough to see him without flashlight even(got the photo:) ). Right now I am still in a middle of the game, I will try investigating and trying some more daring things to see if he can move inside a room (room is 67(will check) on a frayed map, when I move left or right from the room ghost "walks")

So it was Mare room was indeed 67, after testing it actually was able to "chase" where I was (when using cam tier 3 or in plain sight), and by any means it was unable to leave the room could slide along the wall trying to get me, but not a step out
