Lighthouse glitched?

I've been attempting to get the point hope badge but can't seem to get it. The map keeps glitching when I ring the bell 3 times and hear the hiss. I'll go up to the fourth floor and then as soon as I reach the 6th floor I teleport back down to the 3rd floor. I don't understand what is happening, it's happened a dozen times now and I've tried restarting my laptop and relaunching the game.

I've seen multiple reports about this on Discord as well. The devs are aware of it last I checked. I'm not sure what causes it, but if you haven't done so already, try restarting the game first to see if that fixes it.

Hi, I have tried doing that, it doesn't seem to work.
