its again the other way around for insanity as well
for insanity if you find any piece of evidence that is not freezing it can not be a hantu as hantu needs freezing and insanity only allows for 1 evidence, but any freezing temp ghost can have freezing (except for Moroi who has spirit box forced and thus cant get freezing on a single evidence game)

just realized you might mean this in a different way, as you found 2 pieces of evidence and concluded one is forced:
do you think the forced evidence circumvents the hidden evidence on higher difficulties?
because thats not a thing, the forced evidence is still within the non-hidden pieces of evidence
An example:
lets say we find Ghost Orbs and EMF 5 on Nightmare (2 evidence run)
this only leaves Obake and Raiju as options, but Obake has UV as forced evidence so we can rule out Obake since we got 2 pieces of evidence that are not UV, meaning it has to be a Raiju
