Ouija board interaction photos are not working.

I am playing single-player on Tanglewood. Against a Yokai, I discovered an Ouija board. Next, I took the first photo of it (Ouija), and when I asked it a question to initiate an interaction, I snapped a picture as the Ouija board's cursor moved across the board, but it was not credited as a 3-star photo.
