Monkey Paw not working

My friends and I have luckily got monkey paw as our cursed item multiple times after the recent update. However, none of the wishes worked. We tried all of them in all ways possible.

Anybody else having the same issue? Help please?

Something's off with voice recognition as of Ascension. I'm pretty sure. Be sure to hold push-to-talk after you finish speaking; the Monkey's Paw (and Ouija Board and Spirit Box) will not respond if the speaker's PTT isn't on, even if the prompt is recognized; you can observe this by tapping the voice button again.

all of my attempts to fix it, and its fixed just by holding ptt, im an idiot

I changed my voice recognition from VOSK to Windows, that fixed the issues I had with the Ouija Board / Monkey Paw / Spirit Box.

After using the paw my screens stays dark and my sound is gone.

The Monkey Paw and Ouija board are both not working reliably since the update, so I honestly wouldn't recommend using either one.

I have prestiged and could never get the monkey paw to work, I've gotten ouji board to work once, literally, first attempt after switching from vosk to windows and it worked. Thanks!

Switching from Vosk to Windows worked for me as well, but I still had an issue with it not accepting my wish. It moved when I wished it in the investigation area, but didn't put a finger down or do anything. I had to switch to typing instead of voice to get it to finally work. Can anyone help with my new issue?

My monkey paw is now working and I have it on window how do I fix it

I have all wishes and use push-to-talk when wishing, yet it doesn't work, so I have to manually put it into text mode, use the wish, drop the paw, change into vosk mode, and then continue the game normally

switching to windows voice recognition saved me aswell, you find it in the game section of the settings i believe
