Twin curves happening with different ghosts

Had 5 different ghosts today all do twin curves on the activity board, but weren't twins, before people say "am i reading the board right?". Yes, i am, i know what a twin curve looks like.

I mean as far as I know there nothing is stopping any ghost from doing two interactions in quick succession. For example, if it's a Kitchen ghost... it could toss two different plates within a couple of seconds of each other.

In general, one should not fully rely on the activity board to make deductions. It's just one piece of the full picture, and with the chance of mimics... it's unreliable until you do some investigating and secure some evidence to the contrary.
