Hanged man card pulled 4 times and still not working

I have drawn a hanged-man card 4 times now with no death it just turns into the fool, we are on multi-player intermediate. Its literally the last card i need to complete my deck.

Well, The "Hanged Man" card is quite literally the rarest card in the entire Tarot Card pool... it might take a long time to draw one. "The Fool" card meanwhile is fairly common

Specifically, (mehcanical spoilers) The Hanged Man is a one percent chance - The Fool meanwhile is a ten percent chance (Source - Phasmophobia Wiki)

Also hopefully you aren't drawing the cards while the ghost is hunting - they will always be "The Fool" during that time. In any event, Good Luck!

its not hunting at the time, does it mean its a fake hanged man?

More than likely you will draw "The Fool" and get faked out than drawing the actual "Hanged Man" card, yes

Didn't playtesting confirm The Fool to be closer to 1/6 than 1/10? Unless I'm remembering wrong.

Didn't playtesting confirm The Fool to be closer to 1/6 than 1/10? Unless I'm remembering wrong.

Ah yeah it is a bit higher than I thought... my bad there. I had forgotten the specifics a bit

Made me double check though, and I see something else as well - hanged man is guaranteed to turn into fool if the ghost is made fully passive.

we only play on intermediate maybe i need to try a higher difficulty? ive found it even happens if someone else hosts as well

I have drawn the hanged man like 9-10 times total and like 5 of those today and every single Time it has been the fool. It is also the last thing I need for the completed collection of cursed posessions.

If you are using Custom Mode, make sure "Friendly Ghost" is turned off in the settings. Otherwise any Hanged Man cards will be Fools.
