The Jinn does utilize the electricity of the house, the Raiju does utilize the energy of the electric devices, the equipement you are using. An active Thermo, an active videocamera, and active flashlight, such things. Or in other words: Jinn uses the power of the house, Raiju does use the power of batteries.
Because of this, Raiju doesn't need the power source the breaker delivers. This is why it also shuts them off.
