Ghosts Can Now Double Kill?

I play with one other person most days, and it seems when one of us dies, we both die. We both encounter the hand stretching across the screen, and the game ends. This is frustrating because it's happening with both new and old ghosts. We are both within fairly close proximity when this occurs.

If you're on nightmare it can multi kill because when it kills one person it doesn't stop hunting. We only know because it got a triple kill on me and some friends.

Unfortunately this is not even on nightmare mode. I'm sure of this because I warned my friend never to touch that mode while I'm around XD

I've had this happen to me, it is probably unintentional but I think it fits professional mode just as well as nightmare
