money bug and name bug

hi for the last week my game hasn't been work right my name wont show up in the lobby, i also have ??? for money, i dont make any money when i finish jobs and i cant see what type of ghost it is at the end of a game please help me if you can thanks :D

so i have found two posts that i havew tried to see if it works and i will leave both here to see if they work for you they wont work for me. the first one you have to switch from beta to normal mode do the tutorial mission and a regular one (enter the mission then instantly leave both with the truck) then switch back to beta. the other one is more complex

idk if you got a fix but i found this
- Go to property of Phasmophobia and disable Steam Cloud syncronization.
- Go to C:\Users<USER>\AppData\LocalLow\Kinetic Games and remove that folder
- Inside your Windows registry, go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Kinetic Games and remove that registry folder
it helped me~
windows key + r on your keyboard then type in regedit to get to the registry (just incase you didnt know)

a 3rd option i have found is to disable alternitve ports in the games settings when you launch it it should be in other

so i have found a thing for you to try i have yet to try it but go in the house don't do any objectives and just take photos of items or the ghost if it isn't an objective apperently its a bug where you can only earn exp or money not both

Hey everyone, this is a known issue and there are a few things you can do to fix it. It is caused by software on your PC not allowing Phasmophobia to read/ write to the game save file.

It is usually caused by malware or bitcoin miners but some anti viruses have been known to cause it.

Step 1: Run a free malware scan with malware bytes to remove any malware or PUP's you might have.
SAntivirus/ Segurazo is a very common bitcoin miner that pretends to be an anti virus that causes this bug. Make sure to uninstall it, you can do that with this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MABq1cHXt2s

Step 2: Add exceptions in your anti virus for the save folder

Avast: https://support.avast.com/en-gb/article/Antivirus-scan-exclusions/
To find the save folder you press the windows key and type in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Kinetic Games\Phasmophobia and open the folder.

Well. I did this that was suggest :

That worked. Now I can play, but I lost all my stuff and levels.
