MAJOR CPU usage and Dropped Frames in Twitch Stream
My friends and I were trying to play and stream on Twitch last night, and 2 of us were experiencing crazy high CPU usage (20% for me at one point) and losing frame from our stream like crazy.

Anyone else having similar issues?
