Servers seems to be down, I can't create or join anything...help

Bought 2 copies of the game about a week or so, one for me and one for my girl.I haven't been able to play since, although she doesn't seems to have problems playing with other friends. Everytime i join a server i keep getting kicked out midgame, and somehow it is always only me who gets kicked. It doesn't matter if it is a private or public match it never fails to disconnect me. Sometimes i stream the game on twitch and i notice that everytime i join or create a server i loose internet connection. I go from a steady 1800 kbps to straight 0(ethernet cable comnection). The same thing happens everytime i get kickedout for server timeout. I tried to join another server regions(Im in texas) without avail. I was hopping that the new Halloween update would fix this problem and..... well, i was hugely let down. I tried playing on stream yesterday and got a longer playthrough this time before i got disconnected. The problem is still present and its a huge let down as the multi-player is the core attraction of the game. I hope developers can fix this before i run out of patience and ask for a refund. I will try to join the discord and try to help out as i still really like the entire concept. Praying for an update and I will try to install and uninstall to see if i get any luck.

Before that, I had a problem with entering the game, there was just a black screen and the sound of being in the starting room was. Before that, everything was OK, until I was informed that the local and remote steam cloud did not match, offering to replace any of them. I replaced the network files with later local ones. Now this problem was solved with the Halloween patch, but now I have lost progress, (I had 7 LVL and some more money) shows 0 level. Also, if you click on the play button, my server does not show, but you can see how many people and rooms are online. In addition, I can't create a private or public room, and I can't join via code either. Please fix this problem or help with its solution.

he doesn't deal with servers but he has chosen that company, he need to change companies but if he is tied to a contract that would suck :(

Hey! uhm this is pretty late for me to report something but I want to report about the black screen or crashing problem at the beginning when you want to training or playing the game. When the first time that I bought this game to my PC (Window 10), I tried to play the game, it just show me the black screen after started the training. I tried again to play the game but it suddenly crashed. I searched for the tips to fix this problem and do everything I can but it just give me the same result over and over again. This makes me unable to play the game or experience it. Idk if my PC actually is the problem of all this since it's sorta slow and lagging or there's a bug in the game. So I hope you guys see this reply and try to help me with it QwQ

Me and a Friend are currently having issues where the game isn't detecting our mic's at all, our settings are correct in both windows and in game, no push to talk on either, it was working fine a few games but now it just stopped working for both of us

I just got the game for both my friend and I and it keep disconnecting during games totally random...I have a gtx 2080, 64gb ram and a Intel Core i9-9900K. My net is 1000mpbs/s and I never lag in any game ever even when I play from EU on US servers..Happened to my friend too, but to me is every game. Very annoying, a money waste

I get kicked out of most games with a "client timeout". Doesn't matter if I'm playing with others or by myself. Like the game, but getting frustrated.

Already put a post in Bug Reporting, but when I load the game I'm getting either invalid ticket or when I'm in a friend's game I get kicked with the message "Client Timeout". It's really frustrating cause it was working fine earlier!
