My video game has change color when in in the game or in the lobby it is white and red and not normal color i do not how to fix it help

Sounds like your computer doesn't supports eye adaptation? I would have turned that off in the settings first and see if that fixed it before refunding.

It’s because your integrated laptop graphics can’t support eye adaptation as stated in the patch notes.
