PLEASE HELP: MULTIPLAYER ISN'T LOADING ANYMORE

Multiplayer used to work fine for me but then last week it just stopped loading. I can't see any of the public games anymore and at the top corner it will say only 12 people are online in NA servers. I tried joining my friends and it wouldn't let me so they tried joining me and it wouldn't let them.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the game but that didn't work at all. I tried changing my settings to allow cross play and that didn't work either. I also tried going to other servers and each one would say only 12 people are online and there are no public games to join.

Toggle your crossplay option in the menu, one of my friends accidentally toggled crossplay on and when you have it on it makes it to where you can ONLY play with others that also have crossplay toggled on, which apparently is not a lot of people.
