i can not pick up the key

since the Christmas event every time i try to pick up the key from the truck it do not let me and some other things i can not pick up to so can someone please let me know how to fix it and i have uninstall and reinstall the game and it still happening

First I would say double check your keybindings. Set to default even if they look okay. I know you uninstalled and reinstalled, but maybe it didn't get rid of any corrupt files. Try using the repair option in the game's steam options.
